The minimum order quantities are necessary because items are produced on a made-to-order basis and no inventory is held on store items. When an order is placed, materials are sourced and production begins, ensuring timely fulfilment while maintaining product quality. Some exceptions can be made, but minimum order quantity charges may apply. Please contact hello@gogearup.ca to determine if a lower quantity can be accommodated.

Products are produced on a made-to-order basis and no inventory is held on store items. Upon placing your order, production of your items may begin within 1 business day. Please note that this process typically takes up to 3 weeks to complete. GearUp may be able to accommodate rush production of most products and printed graphics. Please contact hello@gogearup.ca to inquire about the applicable rush fees and order placement deadlines necessary for the delivery of your order faster than our posted production times and transit time.

To request a cancellation or modification to your order, please contact hello@gogearup.ca by 3 pm EST on the following business day after your order is placed. After this time, orders will be in production and cancellations/reductions in quantity will not be possible.
